Add-on layer only — the 24 sessions below are unchanged from v6. Each session includes a CPT+ block (2–3 min in the existing pressure cap or before cool-down) to train the six scored tests. Record on the CPT Player Progression Tracker (Google Sheets). Full battery replaces the metrics block on Wk 1, 6, 12 Monday only.
