Week A, Ball mastery (15 min × 3 days)
- Day 1 to 3: Sole rolls, 30 sec each foot × 3 rounds
- Inside-outside taps, 4 round trips per foot
- Wall passes, 20 consecutive right, 20 left
- Weak-foot juggle ladder: 5 → 10 → 15
Week B, Tryout readiness (add 2 days)
- Fitness: 6 × 20-yard shuttles, 45 sec rest
- Game IQ: 3v3 in small space, scan before receiving
- Film: 3-minute skills clip, full body in frame
- Taper: Cut volume 30% the week before evaluations
