Roll the ball under each sole across a 6-foot lane. 30 seconds per foot × 3 rounds.
Inside then outside of the same foot, moving forward slowly. 10 touches per foot, 4 round trips.
One-touch returns off a garage door. Target 20 consecutive clean passes per foot.
Sole pull, open hips, push with outside of opposite foot. 10 reps each direction.
Non-dominant foot only: 5 → 10 → 15 touches. Restart at 5 if you drop.
